Camila Values Your Satisfaction

We hope you are excited about your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

 

How Does It Work?

Within 14 Days:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to decide if you want to keep the product. If you decide to return it, no problem!

Send an email to our customer service at info@camila-london.nl. We will then contact you to discuss the return process.

If you choose to return the product, it is possible but will incur higher costs. If the product is undamaged and unused, the paid amount minus the return costs will be refunded to your account.

 

Returning the Product:

The responsibility for returning the product lies with you. The return costs are at your expense. Make sure to send the package traceably to avoid it getting lost.

 

Return Costs:

If the returned items do not meet our return conditions (e.g., damaged or used), we reserve the right to charge fees for repairing the items or to refuse the returned product. The shipping costs for returning are at the customer’s expense and amount to £19.95, as the product must be sent back to the supplier. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Refund:

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account as soon as possible, no later than 14 days. We use the same payment method as the original purchase unless you indicate otherwise. This refund is free of charge for you.
